At Travelers Mobile we use both Canada Post and The Royal Mail (UK) to get your order to you as soon as possible. You select the service level. Note, the default service is regular first class mail. this has no tracking and no delivery time guarantee. Premium delivery services with tracking, insurance and a delivery time guarantee are extra.
What happens if my SIM does not arrive on time?
Travelers Mobile does not control the delivery services, in addition it is the buyers choice which delivery service level is used. But we do understand that sometimes the post office is late and you have your vacation booked for a specific day. In order to accomodate this issue, Travelers Mobile will offer a refund of the SIM and Phone plan less a 20% restocking fee, with the return of the un-activated SIM in its original packaging. Note the SIM must be unused, un-activated and in its original packaging to receive any refund.
What happens if my SIM does not arrive at all?
Statistics show that the post office misdelivers or looses about 2% of all regular mail. Regular shipping is regular letter mail, no insurance and no tracking is included or provided. There is that 2% risk. Travelers Mobile recommends using at least registered mail to ensure delivery. SIMs from the USA, UK, Australia and Mexico are all pre-funded, if they are lost in the postal service there is no refund. available.
